Wash and dry all produce.

Add @portobello mushrooms{4%unit} and @shawarma spice blend{1%tbsp}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender ~{3%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a #small bowl{}, whisk together @yogurt{3%tbsp}, @mayonnaise{1%tbsp}, and as much zest from the remaining @lemon{1%unit} as you like. Season with a pinch of @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{½%tsp}.

Toast @pitas{2%unit} until golden brown, then cut into quarters.
